About JeriKholisa
JeriKholisa was founded in 2017 by Eagle Moret-Qubu and Mnikelo Qubu, aka 'The Business Scientists', after over a decade navigating the global corporate landscape across continents and industries. Their mission? To bridge the worlds of African creative arts, innovation, and corporate enterprise sparking collaborations where culture, innovation and commerce grow together.
The name JeriKholisa is rooted in ancestral heritage, honouring those who paved the way before them—both seen and unseen. But JeriKholisa (JK) is bigger than its founders. It’s the culmination of a vast pan-African network, an exceptional team, and 30+ years of collective expertise in business management, finance, operations, intellectual property, behavioural change marketing, and strategy across African and global markets.

With advanced degrees in both Business and Intellectual Property, she empowers innovation-led and creative SMEs to unlock growth through strategic business management and effective IP asset utilisation. Her unique blend of financial acumen, IP expertise, and creative entrepreneurship positions her as a a pivotal force in driving sustainable growth across Africa’s innovation and creative economies.
Mnikelo is an experienced Marketing and Communications Strategist with global expertise in brand building, behaviour change, and project management. Having worked across multiple continents, he brings valuable insight into cross-cultural engagement and inclusive development. His leadership powers initiatives that uplift entrepreneurs and fuel both social and economic progress. With his creative vision and deep cultural fluency, Mnikelo is a driving force behind brands and programmes that deliver meaningful, lasting impact.
